So you may think “does posture corrector work?” It does, in my opinion, it does a very good job at keeping your shoulders in place. My advice would be to give it a try. All you have to do is turn it off when you’re doing workout and then turn it back on. Then a couple days later just turn it back on. When you turn it on, you’re obviously putting your body into rest position. The next thing you should do is jump into a squat and it should move your shoulders forward so much you will no longer be tight. This is a very powerful release and it’s far more than a simple tap.
As you age, your body starts to adapt and change and this means your bones, muscles, and soft tissues all start to adapt and change and you develop a nice curved spine. The curves in your spine get tighter as we age. Your position and the position of your spine change as you grow older. This is normal and you can get very stiff when you get older.
